Orders are typically processed and shipped within 0-1 business days of receiving payment. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Zilodods.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
